On 1st September the 999 club was awarded Advice Quality Standard (AQS) status for the high standard of advice offered to people who use our services.

The Advice Quality Standard (AQS) is the standard for providers of general advice services in the areas of social welfare and public law and is managed by an independent group of experts with particular expertise in both quality and the advice sector.

Organisations that hold the standard have demonstrated that they are easily accessible, effectively managed, and employ staff with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of their clients. AQS also show supporters that their donations are being used in an effective way.

‘We’re delighted to receive AQS status,’ said Peter Wood, Chief Executive.

‘It’s a fantastic recognition of the hard work of our Homelessness Support Team, and the high-quality advice they provide to people in Lewisham and South London.’
