Use of The Hall

The Lady Florence Hall is in operation seven days a week and is utilised by a wide variety of community groups, as well as 999 Club Projects.

The HallThe space, which makes extensive use of natural light and ventilation, a sprung dance floor and has a versatile sound and stage system, works especially well for dance and performance groups. The Laban Centre, a world leader in contemporary dance, uses the hall for rehearsal and teaching sessions.

Church Groups, Zumba Classes, Seminars and conferences are just some of the activities hosted in the Lady Florence Hall, which prides itself as being a modern multi purpose community hall. You can also join the classes. To find out what's on click here

Hire The Hall

The Lady Florence Hall is a modern facility which is available for a wide range of activities. It is located close to the DLR and other transport links, the hall offers a seated capacity of 160, flexible staging and sound system if required. There is a projector available for presentations

The hall measures 13m x 11m and includes a 2.5m x 5m stage

With full disabled access and hearing loop, the hall is ideally suited to meet the needs of a wide variety of activities and functions.

The hall is approx 1 min. walk from these stations.
